How West View works

Recovery doesn't happen by accident. Our structure is designed to build the habits that keep people sober — while treating every resident like the adult they are.

Structure

  • Random drug & alcohol testing
  • 12-step meeting requirement with weekly sponsor work
  • IOP / PHP schedule coordination with each program
  • Weekly one-on-one check-in & goal planning per resident
  • Nightly curfew: Sun–Th 11PM / Fri–Sat 1AM
  • Required house meeting: Sunday 6PM

Daily life

  • Wake-up: 9AM weekdays / 10:30AM weekends
  • Daily house chores assigned
  • Medication management support
  • Work, school, or outpatient participation required

Built for working recovery

The neighborhood is part of the program. With the Metro nearby and restaurants and hotels hiring within walking distance, residents can build work history without needing a car — and get to any of the excellent AA meetings that run daily in the area.

Works alongside your outpatient program

West View coordinates around IOP, PHP, therapy, and work commitments. Many residents step down from detox or residential care and continue clinical work while living here.

West View Recovery is a sober living residence, not a licensed treatment facility. We provide structured recovery housing and peer support; clinical services are provided by outside programs of the resident's choosing.
